我比较喜欢网上购物，觉得省时省力，但也知道会有些风险，最近就遇到一次。
我4月7日去Costco买东东，看到TCL牌的电视机在降价，两个星期前我通过Walmart网站刚买了一台，价格要比Costco卖的贵100刀。询问了那里的工作人员才知道，Costco在促销，这种优惠价格会持续一，两个星期（具体日期记不清了）。
回家马上上网查了一下，知道了Walmart也在搞促销，比我买时的价格降了50刀，但它卖的电视机型号要比Costco卖的高一个等级。我打电话给Walmart是否可以退我些钱？Walmart回答说去找卖家，Walmart只是代理，不负责任何事情。下面就是跟卖家的email往来：

I contacted walmart.com with regards to a price adjustment due to rollback for the exact model of the 55' TCL Roku TV. Walmart could not do the adjustment because it was not directly sold by walmart and suggest that I return the TV and reorder the TV for the rollback price.
To avoid the hustle of shipping back the item to Electronic Express, I just wonder if you are ok to refund me $50, So that I can keep the TV.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, unopened, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards.
The RMA # is valid for one week.
Return shipments must be double boxed to prevent damages. If the item was not double boxed when you received it then you can ship it with the original manufacture's box.
There is a 10% restocking fee for returned merchandise.
If the merchandise has been opened, the restocking fee is 15%
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
Returns can take up to 4 days in-house from the date we receive it to process

Thank you for your response. I did not know there was a 10-15% restocking fee; the Walmart representative told me no charge for return of the item. I will not return it as it does not make any economic sense.
However, this is kinda misleading, and I will write a review on the product and let other customers know the discrepancy in policies on walmart.com for each of the third parties, including Electronic Express, which make no much sense to purchase a product from a third party on walmrt.com.
然后就没人理了，就是这种服务态度。我把事情的前因后果告诉了Walmart，至今无人理睬。就我的理解，今后如果电视机出现质量问题，也要付restocking fee 15%, 尽管说三个月之内可以退换。近些年来我感觉很多美帝商家的服务越来越差，可能是退东东的人比我刚来美帝时人多了许多，商家深感生意难做，变得不好说话起来。我到Walmart只是买些大众化的日用品，没几个钱的东东，所以一般不会去退货。家用电器几乎不会在那里买，最近知道Walmart网络销售搞得不错，所以才在那里订购了一台比较便宜的电视，可是这种销售方法，我认为今后只能买Walmart直接销售的商品，而买那些挂在它网上销售的商品，真是要小心谨慎啊，吃一堑长一智。
