威斯康星州基诺沙城( Kenosha)一陪审团于昨天宣布，2020年在一骚乱现场导致2人死亡、1人受伤的少年里滕豪斯（Kyle Rittenhouse）无罪. 总统拜登表示必须尊重陪审团的判决；前总统、川普表示，陪审团的裁决是公正的，他说：“如果这（里滕豪斯当时的行为）不是自卫，什么是自卫？”。

这个判决，是件大事 ，是天大的事。将被载入美国史册。

美国宪法第二修正案：

“A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.

纪律优良的民兵部队对自由州的安全是必要的，因此，人民持有并携带武器的权利不可受侵害。”

时年17岁的里滕豪斯是民兵，合规携枪，为商家守护，被迫开枪。捍卫了个人的生命权力。

这个枪声，也堪比列克星敦独立战争第一枪。

如果政府不作为，人民有权自卫，直至解散不作为的政府。

美国独立宣言：

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.
