馅儿:肉末一磅,切碎一只洋葱,姜蒜米,热油锅,加油少许,下肉末翻炒,8成熟时再下葱姜蒜米。加酱油,料酒,少许盐,糖,加咖喱粉,叉烧酱,水,大火收汤。后来看着有点咸就把一袋菠菜叶下进去了了听好吃好还多了蔬菜了。

发面就是5cup面粉,一小袋yeast, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 cups warm water, 2 tea spoons baking powder. 用温糖水把酵母化开,放7-8分钟,把baking powder放在面里搅匀。到水和面,和好后用湿纸巾盖上,放30分钟揉一下,在放30分钟面就发好了。夏天热,好发面。

杆皮放馅儿,包好了就开中小火,放一点油,盖上盖,到了10分钟时,往锅里倒半杯水,再盖上盖,直到水烧干了。出锅儿。
