在网上看到有人评论（http://opinion.huanqiu.com/1152/2015-04/6107677.html）毕福剑边议边唱《智取威虎山》选段辱骂毛泽东和军队的视频说是“私人场合的东西不适合做政治定性的依据”，以为这是非常错误的。

毛在中国不是一般的政治人物，而是代表这个国家的标志性人物，是开国元勋，在美国就是所谓的国父（founding fathers），至少也是之一。这个地位不是一般人的感觉和感情的问题，而是明确在中国宪法（http://www.people.com.cn/GB/shehui/1060/2391834.html）里面说明的：

“。。。以毛泽东主席为领袖的中国共产党领导中国各族人民。。。”。

所以从宪政的要求毕不再适合继续供职中央电视台了。

而且按照该台的介绍（http://cctvenchiridion.cctv.com/ysjs/index.shtml）：

中央电视台是中国重要的新闻舆论机构，是党、政府和人民的重要喉舌，是中国重要的思想文化阵地，是当今中国最具竞争力的主流媒体之一，具有传播新闻、社会 教育、文化娱乐、信息服务等多种功能，是全国公众获取信息的主要渠道，也是中国了解世界、世界了解中国的重要窗口，在国际上的影响正日益增强。
毕的言论不但表明他已经不能符合中央电视台的要求了，而且更影响了中央电视台的形象和公信力，所以他应该被解雇。

解雇毕不但是中央电视台宗旨的要求，是宪政的要求，而且也是普适价值的要求。比如美国政府的的官办媒体美国之音台训（http://www.insidevoa.com/info/voa-charter/2322.html）说得很清楚：

VOA will present the policies of the United States clearly and effectively, and will also present responsible discussions and opinion on these policies.

试想如果一个在美国官办机构工作的公众人物辱骂乔治华盛顿是son of a bitch会是什么结果？或者一个英国明星辱骂英王，日本明星辱骂天皇会是什么结果？

其实不要这么严重，只是发表与一个社会主流价值观相悖的言论而造成对供职机构的损害就足以造成这样的结果了。一个典型的例子就是从肯尼迪时代就专门采访白宫的美国著名记者Helen Thomas，她因为在私下场合说以色列应该离开占领的巴勒斯坦领土回到世界其他地方而受到舆论的巨大压力，而她供职的机构很快就将其被辞职了（http://www.politico.com/blogs/onmedia/0610/Thomas_gets_dropped_by_agency.html#）：

哪怕Helen Thomas在这之前已经做了公开的道歉。所以还是宪政吧，普适吧，和国际接轨吧，何况毕福剑还没有，也没有见到其意愿做公开的道歉。
