CNN 医学新闻记者,神经外科医生 Dr. Sanjay Gupta,在他的书(KEEP SHARP)中,指出每天5个应该做的事情来保持大脑有 SHARPEST MIND:

1. 运动(MOVE):即使是轻松的快步走,都很有用

2. 知新(DISCOVER):学习新东西,能强化大脑功能

3. 放松(RELAX):休息,保证充足睡眠

4. 滋养 (NOURISH):就是营养

5. 社交(CONNECT)

 R: Reduce portion
