金菇千层肉:主料;金针菇一把、鸡腿菇一小盒,五花肉一块,调料;八角、桂皮、酱油、糖、姜葱、料酒……先将大块五花肉过水至断生,取出冲凉改刀整形成方块,将以上调料制成卤汁,将肉卤制成熟捞出,侍凉切片,放入碗中,中入鸡菇,上入金菇,倒入肉汤,用保鲜纸封好,上笼蒸1小时,倒扣取出浇汁即成……哇,太美味了
