1 lb 80% ground beef

1 can /15oz chili beans

1 can/15oz tomato sauce

1/2 red onion

 

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 park pepper

1/2 curry

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

 

3 tbsp oil 

 

油入肉打散，变色，入洋葱，各种材料，大火烧开，小火炖40分钟。拌米饭，极好。
