In the evening my Grandma passed away, my Grandpa stayed with her in the ward for the last part of her journey of life. Grandma said to Grandpa \'School is over\'. Grandpa had been pretending to be calm. But after heard these words, he cried like a kid. After the funeral, I asked Grandpa the reason. He told me that in their elementary school days, Grandma and Grandpa used to say: School is over, let us go home together.
外婆离开人世的那个黄昏，外公在病房里陪伴着她走完了她生命的最后一段旅程。外婆临去前对外公说‘放学了’。一直假装平静的外公听完这句话后像个孩子似的大哭起来。葬礼结束后我问起外公这三个字的含义，外公告诉我说这是从前他和外婆还在上小学时外婆常说的一句话：放学了，我们一起回家吧。
