材料: 排骨一塊 甜面醬 蠔油 生抽 糖 麥芽糖 (可加小小紅水1 drop food color)
掃肉汁:麥芽糖 2 湯匙 水 半 湯匙(在微波爐ding熱)

甜面醬 蠔油 生抽 糖 麥芽糖煮熱,待涼,查在排骨上,醃二 三小時.

放入預熱焗爐 400F焗25至40分鐘(要看排骨多大),拿出來把掃肉汁掃上再焗五至十分鐘即成.
如喜歡吃焦的最后五分鐘可用boiler焗.

買了紫芦笋用滾水煮熟即成,比青芦笋好吃.
