春暖花開=雞和菜=把菜切成花(花是用模壓出來的)

材料: 雞粒 紅白蘿蔔 辣椒 蒜頭 鹽 雞湯 豆粉水

醃料: 生抽 監 糖 豆粉 油

雞肉醃好,熱鑊下油,蒜頭, 雞肉放下炒至9成熟,鏟起放在一旁,原鑊下紅白蘿蔔, 辣椒, 鹽, 雞湯煮至熟把雞肉放回鑊再煮1或2分鐘下豆粉水調味上碟.
