I made the Youmiancha last night.
Materials:
1cup flour ,2teaspoon peanut,2 teaspoon sesame,2 teaspoon walnut,4 teaspoon brown suger.2 teaspoon vegetable oil
Steps: 1,flour+oil panfry until turn to brown 2,add walnut ,peanut,sesame,then turn off the gas 3,wait until the mixture is cool, add brown suger
Then,I made three bowls of youmiancha. 1,1/2 cup mixture +1 cup boiled water 2,1/3 cup mixture +1 cup boiled water 3,1/4 cup mixture +1 cup boiled water Result: 1,too thick. 2,tast good. 3,watery. Therefore, in my opinion, if the participant told us she had 1 cup youmiancha, that means 1/3 cup mixture + 1 cup boiled water. If there’s something wrong , tell me ,please! Thank you!
