蒸鸡蛋羹

鸡蛋1 只 (egg: 1), 温水1/2 杯 (warm water: 1/2 cup),蒸锅:水烧开 (boiling water),将打散的鸡蛋加入盐少许,注入温水 (add little salt to egg, beat egg, add warm water to it),蒸5分钟, 关火,留在锅里5 分钟,出锅 (steam 5 min, turn off , leave it in the pot for another 5 min)
