蒸鸡蛋羹

鸡蛋1 只 (egg: 1)， 温水1/2 杯 (warm water: 1/2 cup)，蒸锅：水烧开 (boiling water),将打散的鸡蛋加入盐少许，注入温水 (add little salt to egg, beat egg, add warm water to it),蒸5分钟, 关火，留在锅里5 分钟，出锅 (steam 5 min, turn off , leave it in the pot for another 5 min)
