don't be tricked, "bank owned" property is not necessarily owned by bank. I have seen some agents introducing to buyers some bank-owned property which are actually owned by investment companies. in another word, those investors got properties from banks for whole sale price and then FLIP to make quick $$.
Both are totally different things. so do your homework thoroughly. |
