糖醋里脊,香炸公鱼仔,豆豉大蒜爆青椒

糖醋里脊做法:
1 里脊切成条,放如料酒,生抽拌一下
2 肉挂糊,再裹一层干生粉,下油锅炸熟捞出,再热油重炸一次.
3 锅里留少许油,放蒜茸,醋,糖,生抽,湿淀粉,勾芡.放入炸好的里脊.出锅

香炸公鱼仔做法:
1 公鱼仔在油锅里炸香,捞出.
2 放入大蒜,干辣椒粉,一点白糖,酱油,两滴醋煮成浓汁,再放入炸好的鱼仔,闷一下,最后撒白芝麻,即可.
味道不错,送啤酒更不错,但有点硬,牙齿不好的就比较难吃了

豆豉大蒜爆青椒
做法:油锅爆香豆豉大蒜,放入青椒,炒至熟烂,放点酱油即可.
