墨鱼烧肉—昨天做红糟肉,留了一小块五花肉,已经烫过水的,把它切了片,在油锅里煸炒了一下, 加墨鱼片,冰糖,酒,酱油,姜片,八角,水, 烧烂了,又是一道菜.

青椒豆鼓炒牛肉—牛肉(还是用flank steak),切片用 酒,酱油, 淀粉, 一点点baking soda, 抓呀抓的, 腌一腌, 油锅里炒断生, 取出, 油锅把大蒜,豆鼓炒香, 下小嫩辣椒爆一爆, 牛肉放进去, 加一点酱油, 糖,味精, 翻一翻, 好了.

茴香炒蛋- 茴香切碎跟蛋打在一起,放鸡精粉,盐,胡椒,糖,拌匀,到进热油锅,炒熟,淋香油, 好了.
