烤小羊排,煎玉米糕

材料:

小羊排:间骨切开用以下料腌3小时

橄榄油3TBS, 红酒醋1TBS, 蜂蜜2TSP, 孜然粉(CUMIN)1TSP, 肉桂粉1/2TSP,辣椒粉1/2TSP,大蒜粉1TSP,又加了蒜泥. 临烤前撒上一点盐和胡椒. 一面烤(grill)2分钟就好了,用锡纸盖5分钟再吃.

煎玉米糕

玉米面1杯, 鸡汤2杯, 牛油4TBS, 鲜奶油1/2杯

鸡汤烧开,改慢火加玉米面搅匀,不黏锅时加牛油和鲜奶油,再搅匀,倒进圆盘抹平,放进冰箱20分钟,取出,切8块,用油两面煎黄, 好了.
