I have read a book recently, the name is “kitchen privileges” by Mary Higgins Clark. She is America’s beloved and bestselling Queen of Suspense, recounts the early Experiences that shaped her as a person and influence her as a writer. At the end of this book, she talked about happiness. There’s a wonderful old saying, “If you want to be happy for a year, win the lottery. If you want to happy for life, love what you do.” I love being a storyteller. Another definition of happiness is “Something to have, someone to love, and something to hope for.” In Kitchen Privileges, she reflects on the joy that her life as a writer has brought her, and shares with readers the love that she has found.
