其中有一包程序，要求用户以秒来规定某些时间段，比如从收到订单到执行发货之间的时间。时间一过，就当作无法供货处理，系统自动通知买方订单已被取消。

客户的抱怨便来了。

“ Are you kidding me? Is there a reason why you guys decided to do the seconds? ”
