, . In fact, your staff, coworkers, and boss may understand what you want to say simply because they have stayed together with you long enough. If you go to another place to give a talk, the new audience may not be able to understand you effectively. If we want to seek a better career, just speaking understandable English is not enough. We have to pursue perfection.

,  , .  Like a patient, if you do not know what diseases you have, how could you treat them?  I used to be, and may still be, a “patient” in pronunciation. The bottom line is that I now know my “diseases” and the right medicine to treat them. What is left is that I need to remind myself of taking the medicine on a daily base. 

There was a Chinese saying: “You will become a doctor if you are ill long enough.”  (). I would be very satisfied if my articles could help my readers find their “diseases” in pronunciation.
