【梅干菜肉饼】及今日晚餐

回国一趟带回来些老家的梅干菜,用它来做梅干菜扣肉简直妙不可言,今晚又做了梅干菜肉饼,简单又美味。快来看看~~

材料:
泡软洗净切碎的梅干菜,
体积二倍于梅干菜的肉末
酒+鲜酱油+盐+糖(用量凭着感觉走)

上述材料于深碗里混合拌匀
