紫薯糯米油煎饼

材料:紫薯泥一杯(二个小紫薯),糯米粉二杯,温水四分之三杯,糖三大勺,烤芝麻少许
 
做法: 紫薯去皮切块,加水煮熟后,滤干水压成薯泥

将紫薯泥,糯米粉,温水,糖混合拌匀后揉成团,醒三十分钟

案板上垫张玻璃纸(以防面团沾在案板上),取四分之一面团擀平后,撒些芝麻再擀成薄片

用饼干模压出花型

平底不粘锅加三大勺油加热后,将糯米饼放入,二面煎黄
