揭密绿卡之代码

因为＂申请新护照，绿卡刚一递上去，领馆小姐就质问为什麽政治庇护＂。于是问，＂绿卡上面的号码有什麽秘密吗＂？
的确如猜。



在上面的绿卡可以看到有 Category 一栏，列在生日和性别之间。 其代码有固定的含义，指明了该绿卡持有人是如何申请绿卡的，以及获得绿卡批准的方式。

在＂美国绿卡申请入门＂一文中，有介绍申请绿卡的一些常识，如 EB 类有 1, 2, 3 之分，I-140 之后有境内申请身份调整 (I-485) 或境外申请移民签证 (CP) 两法。
不管是 EB 类绿卡，还是 FB, 差不多任何类的绿卡，都有这两种不同的获得途径。

找出你的绿卡来，对照下面常见的看看你的 category 是什么含义。

EB based 的绿卡 category 有：
    E10 - EB1's Child via status adjusted (I-485)
    E11 - EB1a via immigrant visa issued (CP)
    E12 - EB1b (CP)
    E13 - EB1c (CP)
    E14 - EB1' spouse (CP)
    E15 - EB1's child (CP)
    E16 - EB1a (I-485)
    E17 - EB1b (I-485)
    E18 - EB1c (I-485)
    E19 - EB1' spouse (I-485)

    E21 - EB2 (CP)
    E22 - EB2' spouse (CP)
    E23 - EB2's child (CP)
    E26 - EB2 (I-485)
    E27 - EB2' spouse (I-485)
    E28 - EB2's child (I-485)

    E30 - EB3's child (I-485)
    E31 - EB3-skilled worker (CP)

其它未收录的绿卡类别请详见附录。

在上面的绿卡中，列在 A# 之后的号码被刻意改成了 123-456-789, 希望隐私得到保护。
由于不明绿卡下部的众多信息，还是有泄露了出来。
这张绿卡的持有人的真正 A# 可能是 #078453217, 是在 CSC 申请 I-485 获批的，其收据号为 WAC1738452928（PS 过？）。
最下面一行应该是姓名，估计是被 PS 掉了。
