渡假前的最后一餐 (图)

将要去渡假了,将冰箱里的剩的,统统拿出来,配成几个菜,可惜青菜太少了,没有办法,将就一下吧!

宫保鸡丁:将鸡丁用酱油糖胡粉八角粉腌制,将其它配料切丁备用。

用蒜片爆锅,爆炒鸡丁,最后加入配料及花生,起锅:

 百合木耳炒白果:将百合抄水,木耳泡开洗净,白果是罐头的要过水除味。将所有料用少油爆炒,加盐,鸡精,起锅:

炸小排骨:将排骨用酱油糖八角粉腌,半小时后沾面粉用油炸至焦黄:

 香干炒肉丝:处理好肉丝,与香干一起炒:

 排骨土豆木瓜汤:汤里加姜块,排骨快熟时加土豆,调味,最后加木瓜,这木瓜本应放在炸排骨上,忘了就放在汤里,反正怎么放我特爱吃木瓜:
