我的房子是2000年九月买的，416K。买的时候其实BAYAREA的房市也很HOT的，不过股市已
经跌了不少了，房市已经有点SOFT的趋势了。
我的这个房子，不是好学区，不是新房子，更重要的是里面的CONDITION很不好，地毯非
常脏，门，窗都是40年的ORIGINAL的。
