这样的租客能要吗？

有位申请人，男性，90年出生。 收入好， credit score 800+。带一只猫。

一开始， 不愿意要求减价，不服宠物费（ deposit + monthly fee)。 拒绝了。

后来， 愿意原价租，付宠物deposit, 但不愿意付宠物 monthly fee.拒绝了。

再后来， 愿意付原价，宠物费（ deposit + monthly fee)。

这样的租客能要吗？
